Vintage Persian Rug in Beige with Red and Black Geometric Patterns by Rug & Kilim

This vintage 3×5 Persian rug is a mid-century tribal piece, hand-knotted in wool circa 1950-1960.

Its design enjoys a fine all-over geometric pattern in red and black over a beige field with taupe notes. Keen eyes will further admire dark green notes in the geometry, and their subtle accent to the movement. This is a rich piece of primitivist folk art, yet simple and cozy with an appealing repetition.  

This mid-century tribal rug further enjoys good condition for its age and origin.
