Vintage Zeki Müren Rug in Gold, Brown & Black Patterns, from Rug & Kilim

 This vintage 4×7 rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration, with rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren. Hand-knotted in wool circa 1960-1970.

The rug is one of his most bold, graphic designs in a play of gold, brown and black colors with the most unusual, sprawling geometric pattern. Connoisseurs will admire the attention to detail – making this piece worthy of being called a statement piece.

Condition:

This mid-century Zeki Müren rug further enjoys good condition for its age and origin. Its construction has been lowered to preserve its construction, which lends it the distressed look of wear and chic in a low pile.
