$14,100.00
$14,100.00This vintage 8×11 Art Deco rug is a bold new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration, with rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren.
Further on the Design:
Hand-knotted in wool circa 1960-1970, this particular design captures Müren’s unique sense of attitude and love for graphic pieces with joyful colors. The field prefers a mustard yellow under playful geometric patterns in vibrant hues with a gorgeous sense of movement. It’s an exemplar of Müren’s mid-century take on Art Deco style, and a rare large-size rug in his works.
Further on the Condition:
This mid-century rug further enjoys an otherwise good condition for this shabby-chic style, and is ready for the floor. Keen eyes will note the pile has been lowered to preserve the construction, which lends it a distressed texture.
