Vintage Zeki Muren Square rug in Polychromatic Geometric Pattern by Rug & Kilim

This vintage 5×5 square rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s commemorative Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration of rare curations we believe to hail from mid-century Turkish designer Zeki Müren.

This distressed piece enjoys a dextrous geometric pattern alternating in polychromatic tones playing naturally with the low pile. Connoisseurs may further note this ‘industrial’ Art Deco aesthetic in Müren’s mid-century interpretation of the style. Keen eyes will further admire the sense of movement the color alternations create, and how naturally they play with the texture.
