Vintage Persian Kilim with Multicolor Stripes and Diamonds by Rug & Kilim

This vintage 4×7 Persian kilim runner is handwoven in wool, and originates circa 1950-1960.

Its design is a panel-weave, in which tribal weaves combine two or more flat weaves into one larger piece. This particular piece enjoys bright and vibrant colors together in a polychromatic series of stripes and geometric patterns. Keen eyes will further admire the look of two patterns layered in one and the fabulous sense of movement it creates.
