Vintage Persian Kilim in Beige with Multicolor Stripes by Rug & Kilim

This vintage 4×8 Persian kilim is a mid-century tribal rug, handwoven in wool circa 1950-1960.

This type of Kilim is likely a Jajim-style flat weave, in which tribal weavers would combine smaller pieces into one. The design enjoys a beige, forest green and yellow stripes, as well as red accents on the borders. It’s a simple, comfortable piece from a time-honored traditional style with vast minimalist appeal and rustic charm.
