Vintage Persian Kilim in Polychromatic Geometric Patterns by Rug & Kilim

This vintage 5×12 Persian Kilim is a tribal rug from Meshkin—a small northwestern village known for its fabulous works. Handwoven in wool, it originates circa 1950-1960. 

On the Design:

Its design reads a complementary play of traditional geometric patterns & stripes in vibrant colors. Keen eyes will note an especially present red, gold, green with an exuberant accent play. Connoisseurs may admire this Kilim’s inviting presence and movement underfoot. 

Condition: 

This mid-century Northwest Persian flat weave further enjoys good condition for its age and origin.
