Hand-knotted in wool, a 10×12 marvel from our European collection inspired by classic Tudor rugs renowned for grand patterns and regal sensibilities of Hellenistic nature.

On the Design:

Carrying a sense of Victorian impressionism bordering on realism, the rug is influenced by the coveted pictorial Turdor pieces favoring a more stylized take on neoclassical sensibilities. The fine craftsmanship lends a very refined texture with a subtle high low element, quietly complementing a grand, elegant sense of movement and presence in a rich play of beige-brown, gold, green, blue and other vivid hues.

The grandeur of the imagination surfaces with pictorials primarily including statuesque columns, grand arches, vases, birds, squirrels and more, all alluding to the intricate movement of the color within the patterns that complements the realism while still sitting comfortable due to the smart choice of these very livable hues.
