Rug & Kilim’s Custom Scandinavian Rug Design with Diamond Patterns

This custom Kilim design is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s award-winning Scandinavian flat weave collection. Handwoven in wool, its design is a modern take on Swedish Deco and minimalist principles.

This design reflects a 2×10 runner in this style, and a notable inspiration from Moroccan rug designs. Keen eyes will further note a subtle high-low element to the silver-gray patterns over sky blue.

Our modern flat weave further enjoys a heavier body with greater durability and buckle resistance. The technique is a hallmark of our style, and a contribution to the minimalist style in mid-century Scandinavian rugs.

Yarn samples can be made available during the process on loom as well, subject to the 3-day window without prior approval of extension. All custom sales following the approved CAD are final without these exceptions.
