From R&K Principal Josh Nazmiyal’s latest acquisitions, a distinct 3×9 vintage runner originating from Turkey circa 1950-1960.
On the Design:
The symmetric geometric design features traditional motifs encased in diamond patterns continuing from end to end for a gorgeous movement in warm tones of brown, orange, red and other hues. Keen eyes may note a deep, almost midnight blue in the black-trending hues, beautifully accenting the lighter, vibrant colors.
As for its condition as its brilliant construction, a fine hand-knotted wool piece especially suitable for entryways & hallways.
