This vintage 5×7 rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration, with rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren.

This industrial art Deco piece nods to classic Turkish design while enjoying repeating geometric motifs in polychromatic tones. The play of such modern hues for this period with such archaic designs sits gorgeous in the shabby-chic distressed texture, and connotes Müren’s thoughtful marriage of influences. An exemplar of his deft hand, and a versatile piece with vast applications.
