Rug & Kilim’s Distressed Moroccan rug in Beige, Blue and Gray Pattern

This 10×14 rug is a bold new addition to the Homage Collection by Rug & Kilim. Hand-knotted in wool and cotton, this piece recaptures antique Berber Moroccan rugs in an inventive new Rustic Modern design.

This particular design draws on Berber-style trellis patterns layered over finely drawn dots and subdued geometric patterns. Keen eyes will admire the depth and movement made in the play of taupe, gold, blue, and black hues. While quite modern and graphic, the design’s tribal sensibility plays quite naturally with the distressed element, too. This marks our easy-to-maintain, comfortable wash that lends a more livable air of shabby-chic with vast applications.
