This vintage 6×8 Persian kilim is handwoven in wool, and originates circa 1950-1960.

On the Design:

This design remarks the panel-weaving technique, in which tribal weavers combine multiple pieces into a larger Kilim. The piece is panel woven in fun, saturated colors dominating the striped patterns.

 The playful tribal piece is capable of brightening any space it embraces in its great size and presence.
