The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic, highly dependable individual to work directly with Vice President Cyrus Nazmiyal in a wholesale support capacity. Not a personal assistant role, but a sales-driven, growth-focused position for someone eager to be hands-on, client-facing, and deeply involved in the heartbeat of the business.
As our VP is a respected and admired leader in the company—known for his integrity, work ethic, and the strong personal relationships he’s built over nearly a decade. The right candidate will work closely with him, learning every aspect of the business with the goal of becoming an indispensable right hand. This person will both open new accounts and maintain crucial relationships with existing vendors across the United States as a key aspect to their role.
About the Role:
This position requires someone organized, adaptable, and ambitious—someone especially eager to take ownership of daily tasks and know all the moving parts of any situation.. You’ll be involved in everything from sales coordination and inventory management to client outreach and follow-up. The ideal candidate will be able to think two steps ahead, keep pace in a high-volume environment, and support a fast-moving executive with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Experience in the home furnishings, architecture, interior design, fashion, or luxury industries is a plus but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
