Restoration and repair are among Josh Nazmiyal’s longstanding passions given his extensive expertise with antique carpets and maintaining many of the same rugs we’ve collected. After 40 years our own facility hosts a wide collection of exotic yarns and employs an array of the most renowned weavers for specific projects, each one suited to even the rarest and most specialized family of construction. Our meticulous approach accounts for the vulnerability of rugs from all four sides—from simple wear and tear to the binding and the fringes—and we offer the same satisfaction guarantee from our restoration and repair facility as we do from our various cleaning services. Among our specialties we’ve an affinity for both major and minor families of Persian rugs and Turkish Kilim, with additional experience in variant Oriental, 16^th-18^th-Century, European, Aubusson, Axminster and modern pieces regardless of the severity of damage or wear.
