Rug & Kilim’s Tacheh Style Persian Kilim in Beige and Gray

This contemporary 3×4 Persian Kilim is an exciting new addition to the collection by Rug & Kilim.

Handwoven in wool, its design is inspired by antique Persian Tacheh—a tribal “bag” style of flat weave. This technique weaves pile and flat weave together on one loom, as seen in the rich pile with colorful geometric patterns atop the flat weaver background in beige and gray. The result beautifully captures the rustic charm of Persian weaving in a comfortable, cozy new quality. Its versatile size and sensibility, too, offers vast design applications, both on the floor and the wall.
