          This piece was a particularly exciting oversized custom rug, both reveling in the most chic shades of green that seem to have underscored the last two years in design but also playing with pattern and color keeping everything around it in mind. This piece is far from an obsequious rug, but it’s still as comfortable as it is present — a feat of weaving that figuratively and literally pulls every element of the space together and exemplifies what a rug can do for any space.

Our outdoor texture is made with what we call performance yarns — our own proprietary blend of polyester and other yarns made specifically for weather resistance. This blend further yields easy-to-maintain cleanable rugs and thick flatweave textures that sit heavy on the floor like our primary Scandinavian flatweave does. Such sturdiness makes a kilim rug sit without buckling or shifting, not only in response to foot traffic and heavy furniture but also withstand the autumn breeze. We offer this in both pile and flat weave, and with the same color and pattern changes our clients depend on from our other Scandinavian textures.
